HISTORY
Nasarawa State University,Keffi was established under the Nasarawa State law no.2
of the constitution as passed by the state house of assembly under the visionary and dynamic
administration of former Gov.Abdullahi Adamu Sarkin yaki Keffi and Aare
Obateru of the source Ile-Ife The first and second executive governor of the state..
Gov. Adamu, propelled by the burning desire to proffer solution to the dearth in
the educational system of the state. He had a dream, a dream he nurtured until it
produced the young Nasarawa State University.
Februry 2002 marked the birth of the University, it was born and sited in Keffi
at the defunct college of Arts Science and Technology(CAST)
The University has so far being excellent in all her activities.
