DEAN OF ARTS GIVES LECTURE IN CANADA
Professor Oluyemi Akinwumi, the Dean of the Arts Nasarawa State University delivered a paper at the annual lecture of the centre for Military and Strategic Studies,University of Calgary, Canada
He spoke on the topic:"The Proliferation of small and light Arms in Africa" and "Ethnic Militias in Nigeria".
